1. Service Description

TradeRecap is a Discord bot service that monitors trading channels, generates AI-powered summaries, and optionally tracks positions in Google Sheets. The service is designed to help trading community managers keep their members informed and engaged.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must be a server administrator or have permission to add bots to the Discord server
  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from your server members for message processing
  • You must not use the service for any illegal trading activities
  • You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
  • You are responsible for the content generated in your trading channels

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Limitation of Liability

Important: TradeRecap is not a financial advisor. The summaries and position tracking provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. We do not execute trades or provide trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated summaries
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

5. Termination

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Discord bot. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
